对于日本EPSON晶振这个品牌,不用我多做解释很多客户都比较了解了,这几年EPSON公司专注于各类石英晶体振荡器的研发,尤其是差分晶振模块,随着现在产品要求越来越高,拥有差分输出的振荡器,在市场上的供求也愈加增多了.今年10月份,エプソン水晶デバイス日本精工爱普生株式会社正式将SG7050EEN,SG3225EEN,SG7050VEN,SG3225VEN等系列推出,正式商用化.这四个型号都是EPSON公司E系列的SPXO差分晶振产品,以下是这几款振荡器的完整介绍以及推荐功能性能.
爱普生晶振E系列SPXO:
超低抖动:500MHz时20fsrms12kHz–20MHz@156.25MHz时50fsrms12kHz–20MHz
频率范围:25-500MHz
紧密稳定性:±25ppm-40至+85℃,±50ppm-40至+85℃或±50ppm-40至+105℃
差分输出:LV-PECL或LVDS
高温:最高+105ºC
有两种尺寸:非常小(3.2x2.5)和行业标准(7x5)
爱普生的E系列SPXO专为高性能网络应用而设计,具有超低抖动,可为高速(40、100、200和400Gbps)光和电接口提供开阔的视野.紧密的稳定性为网络规格提供了余地,宽广的温度范围使室外设备和不带风扇的设备成为可能.一个小包装有助于狭窄的设计.基波振荡使爱普生的E系列SPXO可靠且功耗低.爱普生(Epson)的E系列SPXO石英晶体振荡器采用小型封装,具有超低抖动和紧密的稳定性,适用于数据速率极高的网络应用.
低抖动:
为了实现超低抖动–在156.25MHz时具有50fsrmsrms抖动–爱普生的E系列SPXO使用HFF(高频基频)晶体和由爱普生设计和制造的独特的低噪声振荡器IC.其出色的抖动性能可为高速电气和光学接口提供出色的眼图.为了确保复杂设计的一致性能,爱普生E系列SPXO贴片晶振包括一个LDO(低压降)稳压器,以保护时钟不受电源噪声的影响.
基本水晶优势:
爱普生晶振(Epson)的E系列SPXO使用HFF(高频基本频率)晶体,将基本晶体的可靠振荡与第三泛音的高频相结合.爱普生使用光刻MEMS蚀刻工艺来制造具有出色工艺控制能力的倒置台面,并获得具有良好机械特性的高频.
由于EpsonHFF贴片晶振以基本模式振荡,因此它们不会遭受第三次泛音设计常见的模式跳跃或冷启动问题.与基于PLL的振荡器相比,基本振荡器耗散的功率更少,并且不会产生参考杂散.

稳定性:
爱普生E系列SPXO具有严格的频率稳定性和宽温度范围,可在室外设备中运行.制造校准可确保严格的稳定性和符合以太网规范的余量.爱普生E系列SPXO贴片晶振具有三个等级:
-40至+85℃(f<200MHz)时为±25ppm
-40至+105℃时为±50ppm(f<200MHz)
-40至+85℃时为±50ppm(200MHz
低功耗:
爱普生E系列SPXO贴片晶振采用+2.5V或+3.3V电源电压工作.因为没有锁相环,电源电流很低,低压PECL为50毫安,LVDS为15毫安.
