上个月エプソン水晶デバイス接连宣布了两大产品方面最新进展,第一件是已经成功研发出两款3.2×1.5mm的超低功耗32.768K晶体振荡器系列,分别命名为SG-3031CM和SG-3031CMA.既然都是同一种封装,料号也相似,那么这两款石英晶振之间,到底有什么不同,请看接下来的分析.
内置32.768K晶体单元,无需调整即可高效运行;工作温度-40°C至+105°C;使用CMOSIC可以减少电流消耗;VIO控制摆幅;应用领域:工业,安全,智能电表,计时和睡眠功能时钟.
除非另有说明,否则上表中显示的石英晶振特性(规格)基于额定工作温度和电压条件.
VIO是OUT输出的电源引脚,也可以用作OE引脚.设置为禁用时,将VIO设置为0V.VCC是用于操作32.768kHz振荡的电源引脚.可以通过最小化两个电源的施加电压来最小化功耗.但是,当VCC<1.5V时,VIO=VCC.
