Crystek温度补偿晶振低相噪系列清单
1958年成立的Crystek Corporation,中文名字叫做瑞斯克,从上个世纪开始,Crystek晶振公司就成为国际市场重要的频率元件供应商,为了更好的生产和管控石英晶体和石英晶体振荡器产品,Crystek还成立了两个负责频率控制的部门。在还没进入21世纪的时候,Crystek Corporation就成功研发了温度补偿晶振,拥有优越的温度补偿性能,同时还具备低相噪特性,一时之间引发了业界的广泛讨论。其所有产品从开发,设计,研发,生产,制造,包装,出货等一系列操作,都由Crystek公司自己完成。
Crystek公司量产的TCXO温补晶振有贴片型和插件型两种,目前正在加紧研发小尺寸封装,高性能的方案,已实现量产的最小尺寸是2.5*2.0mm,标准的频率公差是±1.0ppm,±1.5ppm,±2.0ppm,±2.5ppm等。基本上都是属于低频系列,最低的频率有1.000MHz,最高是38.000MHz,输出方式有CLIPPED SINE,HCMOS可选。工作温度范围有多种,分别是-10℃~+50℃,-30℃~+75℃,-40℃~+85℃等,符合中高端产品的要求。
