爱普生晶振SG3225EAN差分晶振通过使用PLL技术和AT晶体单元来实现宽频率范围,为用户提供73.5MHZ至700MHZ高频,可选任一频点.具有低电流,低电源电压可达到低值1V,这对于普通贴片晶振而言是做不到的,此款差分晶振的工作电压范围在2.5V至3.3V.差分晶振具有LVDS,HCSL和LV-PECL三态输出功能,爱普生SG3225EAN差分晶振就是具有LV-PECL输出功能的一款差分石英晶体振荡器.
SG3225EAN晶振采用3.2x2.5mm封装,具有6个脚位贴片晶振,耐高温储存温度可达-40℃~+125℃范围,工作温度范围-40℃~85℃.低老化的特点±5x10-6/year Max.差分晶振在产品中使用具有高可靠性.差分晶振的精度值(PPM)可精确到±10PM,±20PM,±30PM,±50PM等.
